AWS Marketplace is the software "app store" for AWS Enterprise and Small Business customers and we're looking for a UX Designer to help us re-envision our experience and help execute our next wave of innovations. We're a customer-obsessed team with a wide UX surface area, and design is central to our customers' experience. We need a team member who is self-motivated, full of ideas, and who wants to deliver great software and transform one of the world's largest industries. As a designer, you'll partner with the UX Design Lead to collaborate with our business leaders, product management, engineering teams, and, of course, our customers to build UX covering a wide range of customer scenarios. You'll also have opportunities to think big and long-term and share in creating a design vision for our team, while also helping us rapidly and frequently bring our customers
· 8+ years of industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role. · 6+ years of experience working in direct collaboration with product leadership, development managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. · 6+ years of experience creating prototypes or wire-frames for complex web applications and/or workflows. · An online portfolio demonstrating samples of design deliverables (personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes) is required to apply for this role. · Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.· Strong verbal
