Amazon Fulfillment Experience team is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced design leader to play a key role in the future of online selling at a global scale. Amazon Fulfillment Experience (AFX), a team of researcher, designers and technologist, supports some of the most critical programs at Amazon - Fulfillment by Amazon and Amazon Global Selling. Our mission is to provide customers access to millions of products by making it easy for sellers to provide their selection across borders. We have online marketplaces around the world—United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, China, Mexico, India and Japan. In 2015, we shipped over one billion units on behalf of sellers and the number of active sellers grew more than 50%. In the fourth quarter, amazon fulfilled units represented nearly 50% of total third-party units. · At least 8 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, graphic designer, art/creative director or similar role. · An informed set of core values regarding user experience, user research, usability, technology, and business communication and the ability to present them with eloquence and concision. · An online portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into a strong and unique creative vision. An online portfolio or work samples demonstrating a range of artifacts developed in creating a variety of stunning user-centered design solutions. This is a requirement
