(the creative team Advertising Design and
UX Designers in the Advertising Design and Experience group (the creative team within Amazon Advertising) are responsible for contributing to the development of large-scale campaigns that focus on Amazon customer solutions, while simultaneously meeting advertiser goals. They periodically partner with a small internal creative team to achieve this goal, but are primarily self-sufficient. Additionally, a UX Designer must be able to provide direct feedback when working with motion and narrative content, technology, media, and strategy. Under the guidance of a Creative Director, UX Designers investigate Amazon/3P data to generate insights based on observed customer behavior. And, through a deep understanding of Amazon’s suite of tools and services, they recommend a campaign framework that balances advertiser goals with customers’ expectations of frictionless commerce. The ability to operate within one or more broad verticals is expected, and the UX Designer will therefore need to understand
