You will have a deep understanding of user research methods and best practices, along with a creative and pragmatic approach. You will design and implement research activities that help us gain valuable insights into our customers and inform product direction, concepts and designs. · Bachelor’s degree in psychology, cognitive science, Human Centered Interaction (HCI), or equivalent · 6+ years professional experience in User Research or related field · End-to-end experience with all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research including study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting · Hands-on experience with field research, ethnography, lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper testing, survey design and iterative prototype testing · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth
