Senior User Researcher Amazon Payments Acceptance and Experience The Amazon Payment Acceptance and Experience Team is responsible for how Amazon’s customers pay on Amazon’s sites around the globe. As a Senior User Researcher, you will work with a team of talented product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver best-in-class customer payment experiences. We need a highly motivated, creative and passionate Sr. User Researcher to be a part of our team as we drive innovative, customer-focused payment solutions across all devices and provide local paying experiences for Amazon’s customers around the globe. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and implementing a research strategy - possibly inventing some new research techniques along the way. Your research will be agile, performing quick but thorough data analysis in order to create insightful findings. Our teams move fast and iterate continually. · 5+ years of proven success leading user research projects with demonstrated impact · A BS or equivalent degree in psychology, cognitive science, Human Factors, HCI, HCD etc. · A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables · Hands-on experience with: lab-based user testing, remote testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, ethnographic research, longitudinal research, benchmarking, survey design and usage of multiple methods within a study · Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills. · Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and
