- Bachelors (BS/BE) or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent - 5+ years of work experience in software development and full product life-cycles - Proficiency in modern programming language(s) such as Java, C++, C#, GO ect - Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team - Experience mentoring junior software engineers - Experience establishing and leading coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations - Deep problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements - Proven experience in systems
