The Operations Technology Recruiting team is looking for a Sr. Recruiter/Client Lead to support a growing Group which is a part of a larger global Operations Technology Team. This team is responsible for exempt hiring in North America and focuses on roles based in several software Development Centers, Seattle, Austin, Toronto, Bay Area, etc. This role will primarily focus on Software Development Leadership. As a Senior Recruiter for this team you will lead and mentor recruiters, cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers and close searches against aggressive deadlines. · Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience · Minimum of 8 years' recruiting experience successfully hiring technical candidates, specifically in the Systems Development Engineer (SDE) space. · Prior experience in a research capacity for passive candidate generation. · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.· 8-10 years of recruiting experience partnering strategically with Director and VP level clients. · 5-6 years SDE recruiting experience · Experience recruiting senior level talent in competitive markets. · Experience recruiting software engineers,
