Amazon's Information Security organization is the guardian of customer trust. We are responsible for securing products, services, networks and operations across Amazon’s worldwide consumer business, leading hundreds of thousands of employees across the globe. The Consumer Cloud Security (C2S) group is responsible for the protection of customer and corporate data. We are connected to all parts of Amazon's business and it’s massive, worldwide service-oriented architecture. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the execution strategy for new mission critical systems and manage the lifecycle portfolio for systems supporting all of Amazon. This role has the scope, impact, and visibility you are looking for! You will collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive key engineering and business decisions that will influence the Amazon customer experience. You will influence the architecture and vision for the products. Since our systems are foundational to the Amazon ecosystem,
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience. · 5+ years of program, product, or project management experience delivering, launching, and managing highly available distributed systems · Track record for driving process evolution and quality and operational improvement across a large organization · Strong problem-solving skills; the ability to analyze problems and develop actionable and appropriate tactical plans quickly · Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization · Ability to work with remote partners
