The Promise organization is responsible to provide promises during search, detail product description and checkout for the Amazon retail business worldwide. The Promise team seeks to identify the optimal delivery option for whatever a customer wants. We believe that finding an optimal promise and living up to it consistently improves our customer experience because we increase customers' confidence and trust in Amazon as the one, best option to get what you want, when you want it. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field · 8+ years in technical program management role · 5+ years in a software engineering role · Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deliver complex, successful services and/or customer experiences efficiently · Proven team leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to get things done · Ability to clearly communicate high level strategy and technical details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including to senior leadership · Strong technical foundation with demonstrated willingness and
