We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will be responsible for driving the design and execution of a platform to support Identity and Access services for Amazon. You will drive IT projects across a variety of technologies and disciplines including the use of cloud computing technologies. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering complex solutions, collecting product and business requirements, driving the development schedule from design to release, making appropriate
· 5+years experience managing complex technology projects · Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects · Experience within complex organizational settings (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.) · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals · Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years equivalent work experience · Experience with federated authentication solutions (ADFS, SAML, OpenID, OAuth) · Experience with multi-factor authentication · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles
