Do you want to play a critical and strategic leadership role in driving the next generation of commerce support tools for our most strategic products at Microsoft – Azure, O365, Skype, Bing Ads, etc.? We are on a journey to completely revolutionize how Microsoft engages in commercial transactions with our customers by moving to a new platform called Modern. We need to empower our thousands of support agents around the globe with world class support tools to allow them to quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. The objective is to provide a world class experience for our customers on both our current and new Modern platform that surpasses anything that are competitors can provide. This is a high visibility position that is responsible for ensuring our support tools address the myriad of support scenarios that customers encounter, drives the support tooling strategy, and can quickly learn and ramp up on the commerce business for which this tooling needs to support. As the technical program manager for our commerce platform support tools, you will define the roadmap for new features, existing feature improvements, and migration story from to v-next. You will be responsible for meeting with numerous users of the tools across Microsoft, gathering feature requirements, drafting BRDs, and coordinating with engineering for costing and prioritization.
• BS in Computer Science / related technical field  or 4+ years in equivalent work experience • Experience with multiple programming languages amongst .NET, Java, Javascript, and Node.js • Proven track record for defining a technical vision and leading it to demonstrable business results with the product • Scenario and user experience design skills • Ability to dig deep into technical challenges • Analytical skills required to set future direction and product plans based on data • Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, personal integrity, responsibility and accountability • Excellent verbal and
