The Ad Moderation team is responsible for ensuring that we have a high bar for ads and protecting the shopping customer experience. We work across various ad programs within Amazon and are a critical component of the advertising business
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field · 2+ years experience as a software engineer · 4+ years of experience in project management with at least 3 years that involve cross team collaboration · Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations · Proven track record of delivery of complex projects that span multiple teams · Ability to scale from program leader to dive deep owner of a functional area
