Amazon People Technology is looking for a bright and motivated Technical Program Manager who has experience in managing multiple programs in a global environment across multiple technology platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing programs/projects across the Human Resource technology stack, but with the focus on Time and Attendance systems. What is Time and Attendance (TAA) all about? Enabling businesses worldwide to effortlessly set up time and pay at launch. Employees simply work with worry-free time and pay. TAA serves Amazon employees across nearly 20 countries and more than a dozen business lines. We are a start-up tackling new, hard problems that Amazon has not solved at scale, creating fundamentally improved ways for employees to record time and reduce pay defects.
