· BA or BS in a technical field is required. · 12+ years’ experience developing technical solutions and specifications. · 5+ years’ experience working on a software development team as a developer or TPM. · 3+ years’ experience managing programs or projects in a technical capacity.· An MBA and/or technical graduate degree in Computer Science is preferred. · Formal training in Lean, Six Sigma or statistics. · PMP certification or other formal project management experience. · Knowledge of cloud computing and AWS services is a plus. · Proven experience leading cross-organizational programs and ability
