AWS Support is seeking a customer experience focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own a program that will use the latest AWS technologies to change the way we understand our customers. In this role, you will be surrounded by people that are smart, passionate about cloud computing, and who believe world class support services are critical to customer success. You will have direct influence on how thousands of people around the world leverage tools, interact with customers, and engage with internal engineering teams to ensure we deeply understand our customers and respond quickly to their needs. As a TPM in AWS Support you will: · Enable transparency and decision making across AWS leadership by providing communication and clear status of the initiatives

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. In lieu of degree, additional years of hands-on experience may be substituted. · Minimum of 5+ years of progressive customer engagement experience. · Possess self-drive to keep moving things forward even in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge (avoid “analysis paralysis”). · Strong demonstrated ability to drive incremental improvements across a diverse set of technologies. · Strong demonstrated knowledge of databases, data analytics, and systems architecture. · Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of leadership
