The Amazon Home Services team is looking for an energetic, focused and skilled Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the global rollout for an exciting new business initiative at Amazon. The Unified Delivery and Services (UDS) program envisions Amazon to be the preferred destination of choice for Customers purchasing a large item (e.g., Furniture, Major Appliance, Exercise Equipment etc.). This program cuts across the end-end Discovery, Purchase, and Post-Purchase lifecycle for Customers, for both products and services. This program spans across a wide variety of fulfillment channels, technology, business and operational teams across Amazon world-wide. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, executing and launching new programs
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline · 5+ years of experience leading software development projects with similar complexity · 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience · Track record for managing complex technology projects · Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs versus technical constraints · Identifying, assessing, tracking and mitigating issues and risks at multiple levels · Creating, maintaining and disseminating project information to stakeholders
