Help shape Alexa Feature Discovery and Engagement. Are you excited by AI and voice interfaces? Interested in helping us build new experiences for Alexa? The Alexa Feature Discovery team is looking for a Sr. TPM to drive technical cross organization initiatives that help customers get more out of their Alexa devices. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large cross team projects end-to-end. Your responsibilities include collection of business requirements, establishing technical requirements, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing production and international launches. You coordinate design and implementation efforts between cross-functional internal teams across orgs to develop scalable solutions. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. · BS in computer science or related technical discipline, or equivalent job experience · 3+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules · Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and/or test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new software features · Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals including external partners · Excellent written communication skills · Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate
