The People Technology team at Amazon owns projects which support HR business initiatives to continuously improve the user experience of Amazonians throughout the world. Our team is focused on delivering analytics, business intelligence, and reporting solutions to Amazon HR, people managers, and businesses across Amazon. This role’s scope includes defining strategy and requirements, and leading cross functional development teams from design through delivery. · 5+ years of Program Management experience in a related industry · Experience managing efforts in data warehouses and/or developing large scale reporting solutions · Experience working across multiple technical teams · Hands on Experience with designing technical solutions· Strong knowledge of SQL/RDBMS/BI/DW/Cloud technologies · A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Must be able to work independently with limited general supervision. · Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines are necessary skills. · A Master's degree
