· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline or equivalent commercial software industry experience · 5+ years of experience in game development · Contributed on at least one successful multiplayer title · Hands on coding experience with C++, popular game engines, and game development tools· Established credibility and recognition through speaking engagements and technology publications · Extensive industry contacts in the game development field · Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences · Ability to work
