An industry-first, the Green Team consists of dedicated resources focusing on remediation and solving classes of high-risk and systemic security vulnerabilities. This role will be responsible for performing root cause analysis of systemic security vulnerabilities, coming up with options to address risk, and designing and implementing services and tools to fix the root cause. Perform root-cause analysis to understand what is causing a systemic security issue to occur . Come up with options to address the root cause. Work with partner teams and customers to vet the solution options. Design and implement the solution to address the root cause . These are examples of some of the high-risk systemic security problems that the Green Team works on: Reducing risk from password based attacks. Restricting Virtual Network Firewalls to limit internet exposed endpoints. Eliminating credentials from source code.
Required Qualifications: 5+ Years design and services development experience At least 1 year of e xperience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell At least 1 year of e xperience with owning or driving large scale services, components or feature areas BA/BS in Computer Science (or relevant work experience) Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated excellence in Coding, Code Review and Technical communication documentation Experience optimizing automation, reliability and monitoring of Live Site.
