Responsibilities You will be joining a brand-new team in ODSP , helping to power great new search experiences and build extensibility into Microsoft Search, a new effort across Microsoft to build a powerful, unified search experience. We are looking for smart, agile, and intellectually curious enginee rs who love creating and building things that customers love. In addition to working with a team of amazing peer engineers, PM and designers, you will also engage closely with our partners across Microsoft to makes Microsoft Search the best way for customers to find and discover new content as well
Qualifications Required qualifications: BS in Computer Science or related technical field 5 + years of Professional Software design and development experience with at least one of C/C++/C#/Java / JavaScript Demonstrated commitment to the success of others, as a technical leader in the team you will be expected to mentor and manage junior developers. Great collaboration skills, we have partner teams across the company and globe that you will be working closely with. Strong technical abilities, problem solving, design, rapid prototyping, coding and debugging skills. Good communication skills
