Opportunity The Selection Monitoring team is responsible for identifying worldwide selection opportunities and providing actionable data to the business teams to drive selection expansion. Our technical teams are focused on challenging technical problems such as building state-of-the-art crawling infrastructure, automatic classification, workflow prioritization and architecting large-scale distributed systems. We’re looking for people who innovate, love solving hard problems, and never take “no” for an answer. You will lead a team of top-notch software developers to work hard, have fun, and make history.
· Experience in leading software development team · · A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience · · A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with advanced degrees preferred · · Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and practices · · Experience in AI and Machine learning algorithms. · · Experience in developing bigdata solutions on Hadoop using Spark, Scala, Impala and hive · · Experience in developing large scale distributed systems · · Deep dive analytical skills and experience in dealing with large volume of data (catalog of billion products) · · Solid programming skills
