We are looking for passionate engineers to help us design and build the next generation of our data analytics platform to serve the needs of the largest block storage service in the world – AWS Elastic Block Store (EBS). As a member of the Data Analytics team within EBS, you’ll be working closely with other engineers and data scientists on interesting problems involving Big Data, machine learning, anomaly detection, data mining, statistical analysis, and forecasting on massive structured and unstructured data sets. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of relevant work experience · Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, object-oriented design, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis · Knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#· Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Linux · Experience with databases, analytics, ETL, data warehousing systems, and Big Data technologies such as Spark, Druid, Cassandra, S3, Redshift, and EMR · Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in
