Role and Opportunity: Microsoft Devices team is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer with the intellectual horsepower and experience to provide solutions to ambiguous problems. You will be responsible for architecting solutions, designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining Web applications / services that brings all Devices (including Surface) to life. You will need to understand requirements across all Device teams / disciplines and deliver solutions to successfully meet those requirements. Qualifications: BS or equivalent in Computer Science or other Engineering field Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Software Developer Minimum of 5 years of Web application / service development experience using C#, WCF or ASP.Net Web API Experienced with at least two end to end product cycles as a developer for medium to large scale product Strong leadership skills Excellent problem solving and debugging skills Enthusiastic, motivated, self-driven and quick learner Some domestic and international travel will be necessary Preferred but not required experience: Knowledge and experience in Security
