We are the BAG International Engineering team, part of the centralized Customer and Partner Success business group. Our team supports a wide range of business application products such as Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Talent, Retail, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Mixed Reality apps, just to name a few. We work closely with development and content publishing teams to ensure proper globalization and localizability of all products that we support. We work closely as well with our external localization supplier to produce world-ready localized versions of our products and content into multiple languages to serve the needs of our customers worldwide. We rely on internal tools and services created specifically to automate and streamline our localization process, to capture and analyze our business data, to enable fast translation turnaround times, to connect to services provided by our localization suppliers and 3rd-party services, and to simplify and support the needs of complex
As a senior engineer, you will be responsible to work with our team of Internationalization Engineers and PMs to design and implement the features in our services and tools needed to support the diverse range of complex Business Application products services that we localize. We need collaborative developers who can think big and deliver on those big challenges. We are looking for engineers to build those solutions from the ground up if necessary. Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or IT technical discipline, or 5+ years of industry software engineering experience in the field of software localization 3+ years of professional development experience in C#, .Net Frameworks, .Net Core, Json, and REST APIs Experience of world-readiness software engineering, building and supporting globalized and localizable software Preferred: 5+ years of experience in developing and shipping complex software systems Experience working with Azure Cognitive Services, especially with Translator Text
