Collect inputs and business Requirements from stakeholders and users to design data solutions. Design data driven solutions and build long-term roadmap for these solutions. Build processes and functions across multiple groups (Service Managers, Dev Leads, Engineering PMs) to drive efficiencies using report tools. Ability to frame and communicate issues and recommendations clearly and concisely. Partner with Product Groups, Business Groups and IT service managers. Provides input on roadmaps and delivers innovative improvement plans using data. Prioritize and submit requirements with business justification,
BA/BS in operations, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or other technical/quantitative discipline 7+ years experience on delivering data solutions SQL Server Management (databases, tables, queries, views) Azure Analytics, Azure Portal Experience Power BI Scripting for automation Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills are also required. Candidate must possess a proven track record for excellent leadership, decision-making, and negotiation.
