Responsibilities will include: Understand the current supply chain security programs at Microsoft and determine the top gaps and risks. Agree with the IRMC on the areas of focus and come up with recommendations on which teams should own these programs and what they should achieve. Identifying current metrics and where we have consistencies and where improvements can be made; determine the best metric(s) to measure the enterprise health for the supplier security program. Review past governance programs for supplier security and determine how the program should be governed in the future across the
Knowledge, experience and skills: 5+ years in a Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Cybersecurity or related role A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Business or a related fileld, or alternative educations, skills, and/or practical experience is required. Preferred, not required: Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues High-level of executive maturity and experience working with leadership Experience with Microsoft
