The role of this leader will be to enable our business partners to accelerate their transformation of our company, across the world by delivering university talent aligned to their specific business needs. We are seeking a leader who will enable and inspire a high performing team focused on results, teamwork and innovation, an expert at the recruiting operations lifecycle with strong problem solving

Define and drive the talent acquisition strategy and execution for on-campus and/or sourced talent activity in concert with the global UR leadership team. Lead and develop a team of high performing individual contributors. Partner with business leaders, HR partners, Diversity and Inclusion teams, universities, alumni, GTA and other key stakeholders to align expectations and communicate the UR story. Work with our businesses to develop forward looking workforce plans, demand plans, requisitions details and align and prioritize team resourcing accordingly. Support a diverse and inclusive culture
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/University Recruiting/Human Resources 2+ years of experience in leadership and full time people management Experience in driving recruiting strategies to meet high volume demand at a global scale Experience analyzing and articulating data and ability to develop metrics of accountability Exceptional and effective partnership across broad audiences of internal and external partners, stakeholders, and customers Experience collaborating and working as part of a global team Experience in project management and designing effective hiring processes to meet
