We are a growing team with an ambitious charter and need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help take this service to new heights. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining and supporting programs that empower our video-on-demand (VOD) services. This will require you to work with post-houses, internal quality teams, engineering, product, as well as engaging with video providers worldwide, ranging from large studios such as Walt Disney Studios and Warner Bros to independent filmmakers. You will work with external partners on new onboardings and new product adoption programs. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, operations, and executive teams to

· 6+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis · Experience with annual brand planning and media planning · 6+ years of experience operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer facing online retail/services/platform product management role · 5+ years working with external partners to drive results · Proven success in delivering online products and services in a high growth environment · Experience working directly with product teams · Bachelor’s degree required· Experience with digital video products and/or technologies · Global
