We're looking for an outstanding Sr. Program Manager, someone who innovates, loves solving hard problems, and never takes “no” for an answer. The primary role of the WW Innovation and Design Engineering PM team is to drive new and next generation retail supply chain development projects from the early investigative / inception phases through the architectural design phase, then hand those projects off to the Operations Engineering team for implementation, and finally to monitor the progress made by down-stream integration teams. A successful candidate will have broad experience and deep skills program
· Bachelors degree in Engineering (prefer BSME, BSEE or BSIE with a controls, software development and/or Reliability emphasis) · · 7+ years of experience program managing large cross-functional teams developing and manufacturing high complexity hardware products or solutions. · · Proficiency using business/technical software applications such as MS Excel, MS Project, Tableau, and CAD software.· · Masters degree in Business, Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering · Experience in managing fulfillment system designs with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation, and
