As one of the largest services team within Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Windows EC2 team has a simple mandate – to make AWS the best and premier cloud for customers to run, optimize and modernize their Windows environment today and into the future! Each day we strive to enhance our technology and programs to help our customers achieve their goals, their objectives and their vision. On our team and in this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and running revenue-generating, cost-saving sales enablement and incentive programs and prepare the AWS field team to understand, sell and support the AWS services effectively. This person needs to be a builder and leader who is detail oriented, analytical, a great communicator and be able to work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. BS/BA degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business. 2. 3 - 4 years of demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: Program/Project Management, business development, sales or marketing 3. Technical/Analytical ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people and systems in order to invent, simplify and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a complex, ambiguous and fast-paced environment 5. Strong ability with tools such as Excel, SQL, wiki and document
