As we continue to grow it is important to engage with our suppliers to develop insights into their processes so that we can develop supply chain systems and processes that are cutting edge yet integrate seamlessly. Amazon sets high expectations for suppliers so that we can provide the best experience for our customers. The job of the Sourcing and Performance program manager is to improve the supplier facing systems and tools that power our upstream supply chain to better serve our customers, improve the efficiency of the network, and to position Amazon as a preferred partner for our suppliers. As a program manager, you will leverage data and insights to identify and drive opportunities to improve operational performance

· BA or BS in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field. · 5+ years of increasing responsibility in supply chain program or product leadership. · Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams in highly matrixed environments. · Quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel and SQL). · Experience managing inbound supply chain performance (from PO submission to inventory receipt and invoicing). · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences across all
