We are seeking a Sales Systems and Data Program Manager who will report to the Market to Sell (MTS) Business Capability leader within the WWCS Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement organization. The SSD Program Manager will help establish a MTS systems architecture and corresponding standards for Worldwide Commercial Sales (WWCS) that promotes simplicity while offering world-class capabilities that scale with business growth. AWS’ rapid rate of growth necessitates the maturation of enabling tools
· BA/BS Degree required; advanced degree preferred · 7+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations, management consulting, and/or information technology roles · 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy and/or CRM implementation leader roles · Fluency in sales and marketing process and common cloud-based tools used to create sales and marketing business capabilities · Proven track record implementing and/or managing cloud-based CRM applications · Understands and has experience working within direct and indirect (channel/partner) selling models · Self-starter who can operate independently
