and operations team Sr. Program Manager
Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to drive selection strategy for our customers within Amazon’s Prime Pantry store. Prime Pantry is a store within Amazon.com, offering everyday grocery, household and personal care items (e.g. 12-packs of Coke, single boxes of Cheerios) with a shopping experience that encourages the customer to build a full shopping basket. Providing Prime Pantry customers with selection they can find in their everyday grocery store, will encourage customers to build bigger baskets and shop more frequently in the Prime Pantry store. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving Pantry’s end-to-end selection strategy, shelf breadth and depth, profitability guardrails and success criteria with the goal of helping customers discover their favorite brands, pack-sizes and easily build a basket to complete their shopping trip. You will develop the framework and requirements for selection on Prime Pantry, work with our product, tech and operations
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Operations, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Economics or Finance · 7+ years of professional experience · Professional experience influencing internal and external stakeholders · Sound business judgment and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Proficiency with Excel and project management tools · Understanding of P and Ls· MBA or Master’s degree preferred · Experience delivering highly visible—and effective—customer-facing programs, applications and experiences
