Do you have a passion for the latest Alexa-enabled consumer electronics and technologies? Amazon is looking for an analytical self-starter and creative leader to join the Amazon Devices team to drive go-to-market efforts with our retail partners. The Kindle Offline Retail team, within Amazon Devices, owns the strategy and processes to ensure our retail partners are successful with Amazon devices in North America. You will lead go-to-market readiness for multiple Amazon Product Lines for Kindle Offline Retail, while also driving projects to improve how we scale our operations and tools. This role requires working cross-group with multiple teams and senior leaders across the Devices organization. · College degree or equivalent work experience · 5+ years of Program Management experience · 2+ years of operations experience · Passion for technology and Amazon devices · Bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity · Proven experience with process improvement · Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities · Data analysis, problem solving and project management skills · Strong sense of ownership · Excellent skills in Excel or other Business Intelligence or analytical tools · Strong computer skills, especially the MS Office Suite · Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get
