As a Beta Program Manager at Amazon Kids and Family Digital, you will lead efforts to design and execute beta programs across Amazon FreeTime Unlimited and the Kids Edition Devices. You will work with teams in domestic and international marketplaces to rollout Beta programs. In addition to Beta programs aligned with device launches, you will develop an ongoing Beta program to gather customer insights into products and features on the Kids and Family Digital software roadmap. As the voice of the customer, you will work with product, UX, and engineering teams to transform customer insights and feedback into actionable product improvements. You will work with end users and a wide variety of internal teams to develop the strategy and execute the program to confirm that, from a customer perspective, we're ready to launch. You'll be a “hands on” contributor to support and troubleshoot issues, resolve problems and keep the feedback flowing. Along the way you’ll need to identify opportunity for
· Bachelor’s Degree or 4+years equivalent work experience · 5+ years of relevant work experience in program management in software development · 5+ years of experience building processes, project management, and schedules· Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize · An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently, ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial · Experience building and launching consumer software products for mobile, smart speaker, or
