Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) comprises of Prime Now, Fresh, Ultra-Fast Fresh (UFF), Treasure Truck, Pantry, Restaurants, and Whole Foods (WFM) delivery operations. Our team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic and cross-functional operations and technology projects for Prime Now, Fresh, and UFF. This role will play a critical role improving the engagement and performance metrics of our warehousing operations. It requires a high level of ownership over under the roof process improvement initiatives, supporting projects to improve associate/manager experience and cost, managing to project timelines, and communicating to program managers on status, risks, and program/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management, analytical, and executive presentation skills are essential. This role is located in Seattle. · BA or BS in Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent technical field from an accredited university · 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Project Management or Industrial Engineering within Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing or Transportation industries · Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights · Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail · Understand lean concepts and waste reduction methodologies · Proven ability to effectively
