· Bachelor's Degree · 5+ years of program management experience owning and analyzing complex business problems and driving results.· MBA, strategy consulting or other general management experience · Start-up or franchising experience · Exhibits excellent judgment · Good written and verbal communication skills are a requirement. · Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. · Good project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting · Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions
