The Senior Program Manager, Driver Engagement, is responsible for ensuring the engagement and satisfaction of our driver population. The Manager will maintain a constant pulse across our pool of tens of thousands of driver associates, develop effective measurement capabilities across numerous facets of the drivers’ role, and ensure Product, Program, and Field teams are aligned towards
· Bachelor’s degree · Proficiency in SQL and Excel, Basic Statistical proficiency (e.g. correlation, regression) - Good written and verbal communication skills are a requirement. · Experience prioritizing projects and leading initiatives from conception to launch in a rapidly evolving environment · MBA or Masters degree · Advanced Proficiency in Statistics/Data Science · Passion for building positive, engaged work environments · Successful record of creating, improving and executing programs at scale, ability to drive and measure program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction ·
