We are looking to expand our learning, understanding, wants and needs of scenarios that are dramatically enhanced by the crowd of talented developers. In this role, you'll uncover the biggest pain points facing developers and leads as they envision, research, experiment, build, tests, deploy and monitor their apps. You'll investigate the customer behavior, their needs, problems and aspirations. You'll uncover the signals and opportunities and drive that vision to conceptual designs, experiments, specs, and execution plans You'll define customer cohorts, recruit customers, lead customer development
Basic: At least 3+ years' Program Management experience in the software industry. At least 1 year of experience working in or with developer tools and services. At least 1 year of experience building apps, using developer tools and processes. At least 1 year of experience in customer development, user research and/or business opportunities. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline highly preferred.
