Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) is the team that powers worldwide operations for Prime Now, Whole Foods, Fresh, Restaurants, Pantry and more. GSF is at the forefront of final mile delivery innovation. The team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead the post-order delivery experience (DEX) space on behalf of our customers. Amazon’s customers have high expectations throughout the order/delivery life cycle, and our team aims to exceed them. The Program Manager will have responsibility for several DEX strategic goals and metrics, and will drive the roadmap to enhance the post-order customer experience. The ideal candidate for the role will be creative, inventive, and analytical, with strong business judgment allowing them to navigate an ambiguous space. The leader will possess the ability to quickly troubleshoot and respond in the now while relentlessly thinking about how to enhance the future. To be successful, the leader will need to be able to partner with retail and technical counterparts,
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience - 3-5 years of professional experience, including experience operating in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to cater these communications to different audiences - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required - Intermediate statistical analysis knowledge - MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other technical
