· Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, business or related field · 5+ years of program or product management experience, or experience managing initiatives across teams · Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL, Power Query, Python or similar tools · Demonstrated ability to drive a program to a goal, report results, and escalate blockers · Experience optimizing processes for speed, agility, and quality · Demonstrated ability to dive deep on ambiguous challenges and deliver actionable insight · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Demonstrated curiosity to learn
