The Sr. Program Manager, Cargo Management will be responsible to identify, design, develop, and execute new processes, policies, goals, and long-term solutions that increase scalability, streamline operations, reduce errors, decrease costs, and improve the company’s overall air transportation program. This position will require strong communication with external vendors, managers, peers, and team members, both within the team, as well as
· Bachelor’s degree · 7+ years of progressive program management or relevant work experience · Must demonstrate the ability to influence internal and external organizations to achieve corporate goals, including the ability to influence and manage upward as necessary · Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel. Domestic travel required up to 20% of the time· Master's degree or foreign equivalency in Business Administration, Engineering, or operations management · Analytic experience in the areas of transportation or network management · Developing or managing complex logistical processes
