We cover all Microsoft Online Services, supporting over 200 businesses including Bing, O365, OneDrive, Xbox and Microsoft Azure branded services. The Cloud Capacity Planning (CCP) team within CSCP function is at the forefront of the Capacity Fulfillment promise

This role focuses on our Network HW S and OP and will interface with teams across Microsoft to operationalize the S and OP process. To be successful you must have a solid understanding and proven track record in managing S and OP process, rhythm of business, programs, operations projects and planning. Build S and OP process and systems framework and present monthly S and OP to management Deliver a solid network plan for execution, supply chain and finance Understand planning impact on Capex, sourcing and execution Build deep relationships with partners and engineering groups internal to Microsoft
BS/MS in Engg, Supply chain or related field. MBA preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in roles related to supply chain/ leading Sales and Operations/planning Network hardware planning /Cloud experience highly desirable Preferred: Strong program and project management skills. Solid understanding of infrastructure services. Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Self-managing leader who takes initiative. Deep understanding of planning, scheduling and financial concepts. Advanced written, verbal and listening communication skills. Exceptional problem identification
