· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · 5+ years relevant program or project management experience· 5+ years of experience working in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition including implementation of Recruiting Technology Systems. Deep subject matter expertise in Recruiting Processes and Systems. · Demonstrated expertise in building change and communication plans for complex organizations · Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations · Experience working
