Senior Keynote Program Manager – AWS re:Invent (L6) Are you interested in using your program management skills to help enhance external communications efforts for Amazon Web Services (AWS)? Do you enjoy organizing and coordinating multiple projects to make sure everything runs flawlessly? Do you want to work on a fun, collaborative team with opportunities for growth? The AWS keynote team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support executive keynotes for re:Invent. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders including executive speakers, event teams, field marketing teams, the keynote team, third party vendors, and legal to help coordinate key deliverables including content development, event workback schedules, on-site support, executive speaker rehearsals, and production best practices. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in project and/or program management, plus experience managing complex, global, multi-team projects. He or she thrives
· 5-7 years of relevant experience in an administrative, marketing, operations, or PR role. · Demonstrated success in managing multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. · Superior oral and written communication skills. · A passion for details and accuracy. · Ability to remain cool under pressure · Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. · Experience with SalesForce and online collaboration tools including Quip and Box. · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study.· Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services
