Amazon Go is looking for a talented, smart and driven Sr. Program Manager with exceptional big picture thinking abilities, invention skills and a strong customer focus to develop, drive and manage cross category selection. This role requires a candidate who can work backwards from customer requirements, to develop and deliver long term solutions. Qualified candidates will have consumer brand exposure in addition to prior experience implementing new strategies and mechanisms for program and project management. The ideal candidate will be strategically oriented, with strong communication skills able to work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment moving quickly towards scale. The successful candidate is highly organized, analytical, and has a proven ability to manage critical projects concurrently and to completion. · 3-5 years of relevant work experience · Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field · Significant experience with Excel including pivot tables and V-Lookups, Word and Access or similar database · Proven track record of strategy development, ownership and driving results in a fast paced customer facing businesses· MBA · Exceptional written, interpersonal and communication abilities · Extensive experience in the retail or consumer products industries · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities by carefully prioritizing work, planning and delegating ·
