Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT), the physical engine at the heart of Amazon is looking for an exceptional Program Manager. AFT builds and operates software, hardware, and processes that run the global network of fulfillment centers that move many millions of units of inventory, employ tens of thousands of people, and ensure that customers get what they want when we promised we would get it to them. We do this by building automated solutions to handle things that technology does well, while relying on people to handle things that humans do well. The successful candidate is a highly adept communicator, able to effectively draw alignment with a diverse set of stakeholders including senior leadership, engineering, product, finance and business partners. You are a Program leader,that works closely with AFT leadership in the creation of project plans and documentation across a range of AFT initiatives including formulating the long term strategic plan and annual and monthly operational
· Ability to build, develop and manage the AFT strategic plan, business and operational reviews and program roadmap. · Earns trust of cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Actively build relationships across Amazon including senior leadership, business partners, other program/product managers, operations, finance and engineers to ensure the delivery AFT initiatives. · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels in the organization. · High attention to detail including
