The Amazon Logistics NA team works with operations and tech teams to become experts in both their present day operations and their future business needs. The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world-class Last Mile Operations. It is a new and aggressively growing business, both in size and scope. This team is expanding the Amazon Driver program and will need a leader to manage the launches across all the delivery stations in the network. This will require a leader who can lead multiple teams, manage timelines, coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve conflicts and direct the station leaders to success. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong skills and experience in the areas of customer delivery experience and data driven decision analysis to join our program team. He/ She will partner with various stake holders including, but not limited to operations, capacity planning, driver planning, driver experience and finance to deliver this very high visibility program
· Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, Engineering or related fields · Minimum two (2) years of experience in field process engineering · Customer-focused and professional demeanor · Organizational skill and an operations mindset · Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment · A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations · Interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills · Ability to invent and simplify on a large scale and gain buy-in from senior leaders· Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or related field ·
