The Amazon Logistics NA team works with operations and tech teams to become experts in both their present day operations and their future business needs. The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world-class Last Mile Operations. It is a new and aggressively growing business, both in size and scope. This team is expanding the Amazon Driver program and will need a leader to manage the stakeholder relationship across multiple teams. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong operational background, leading without authority and taking data driven decisions for the program. He/ She will partner with various teams including, but not limited to HR, Legal, Public relations, Employee Relations, Value Added services and finance to deliver this very high visibility program. In this position you will be responsible for managing communication with various team, manage procurement and finances on value added services, vehicles and build long term roadmaps. · Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, Engineering or related fields · Minimum two (2) years of experience in field process engineering · Customer-focused and professional demeanor · Organizational skill and an operations mindset · Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment · A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations · Interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills · Ability to invent and simplify on a large scale and gain buy-in from senior leader· Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or related field ·
